About Alicia
Hi! My name is Alicia, and I am a D1 soccer player at Yale University. I have competed at the highest levels of soccer throughout my youth and now in college, and I am thrilled to share my expertise with the next generation. My experience coaching over the summers has provided me with a base understanding of how to teach children, and what methods are most effective. I am dedicated towards equipping my athletes with the technical and thinking skills needed to succeed, but most importantly, I want to foster their confidence!

My coaching approach focuses on building both technical ability and game intelligence through structured, high-energy sessions. I emphasize repetition with purpose, situational awareness, and confidence on the ball, while also creating a positive and motivating environment where players feel comfortable pushing themselves.
I typically start sessions with a dynamic warm-up and ball mastery work to develop touch, control, and coordination. From there, I move into technical drills tailored to the player’s position and goals—such as passing patterns, shooting technique, or defensive positioning.
