trained in portugal with varzim in 2015
4 year SMU Varsity men’s soccer player (conference champion, ncaa college cup sweet sixteen, finished no. 7 in the nation in 2015, starter for 4 years)
Trainings are broken up into objectives that are focused on for a short period of time until some bit of mastery is shown then another objective will follow. each objective will help the individual player think and make finer decisions. the movements incorporated and technical side of training will help individual sustain high intensities while still making intelligent decisions and executing them.
