About Liliana
I am Liliana, a passionate tutor who finds the reason of her profession in each student as a person with an unique purpose in life, with special dreams to reach and an enormous potential to develop. My success in tutoring over the last 10 years has been because I focus not only in WHAT I am going to teach but in understand WHO I am going to tutor in order to foster your interest in learning how to communicate assertively in a new language.

I create scenarios for full immersion activities. I use flashcards for the apprehension of the vocabulary which starts with simple word to the construction of phrases and sentences in order to respond to the W questions and train the students to communicate in an assertive way.
Each lesson lasts 90 min.
My qualifications/experience : Oxford University Department For Continuing Education - Oxford Teachers’ Academy Foundation Course in Teaching English to young learners. Over 10 years of experience as a personal tutor and teaching at school in Colombia (South America).
I have tutoring kids from pre-school to year 12 and adults.
