About Margaret
I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. I received a bachelor’s in history and went right to graduate school and received my master's in teaching. I have been teaching middle school for 24 years. I have been at the same school for 23 of those years. I love history so much that I am pursuing a master's in American history from Gettysburg College which is one of my favorite places to visit.

I love to make history come alive with activities to keep your interest. And I use current events for a better understanding of how our government works. To make history relevant is key and I teach in a way that we can learn from our past. I also enjoy tying literature into learning.
