I believe that we have the power to create heaven or hell for ourselves on earth through the choices we make. My method of teaching is very different based on each individual's needs. However I love hands on interactive activities and self care techniques that can be easily adopted into anyone's life. I inspire to teach people skills that I have seen work with past clients in mental health treatment centers along with new emotional release techniques that are being studied.
