About Becci

I'm based in Manchester and my big love is live music. I have a first class degree in Sociology and A-levels in Sociology, Politics, Philosophy, Critical Thinking and English Language. My favourite subjects at GCSE were English, Religious Studies and Geography. I'm currently working as a teaching assistant and starting my PGCE to become a qualified teacher in September.

About the lesson

I am a teaching assistant currently working in secondary schools, specialising in 1:1 support for GCSE and A-level students to catch up on coursework. I have experience of working with young people to ensure you can reach your full potential. I believe that the best environment for learning is one that is relaxed and fun, so it's enjoyable and not a chore! I can help with different learning styles and methods to make sure you become confident in what you are learning!

Excellent! Becci was very helpful, she provided advice and guidance to my son at very short notice as another tutor let us down; stepping in at the last minute and helped him revise for his mock a level sociology and sent lots of literature to help with topics he was struggling with. He felt much more confident after Becci's help. Much thanks, we will be in touch in the new academic year to resume :)
