About Simone
I am a computer engineer, passionate about my job and its multiple variations. I worked and work in the field of software development and project management and I also made staff selection for the company I work for. I gave private lessons for several years to high school students and colleagues for the preparation of university exams, I did internal training for new employees and I also did some virtual reality lessons at the Engineering Faculty of Naples. To date I continue with IT consultancy both internal and external to the business context and I cultivate my passion for teaching, training and sharing experiences with anyone who is willing to learn.

My method is personalized, I try to identify a profile and to know the attitudes and priorities of the person or people in front of me before leaving with the lesson. For me, learning is a matter of comparison and discussion, so I prefer interaction and evaluate the pace of progress of the lessons based on the context. For me there is no concept of achieving goals. The goal is being formed as we understand what we are talking about, because the first push is curiosity, then comes the interest and eventually the goal.
