About Christo

Most of my programming knowledge is self-taught, so I know the struggles and frustration of what it takes to become a software developer.
I have 3 kids of my own, 2 did well in CAT and IT and 1 is a developer in his own right today .
I have a teaching diploma and we homeschooled our kids.
I would enjoy seeing you with an IT degree some day and know I played a part in it.
Even my wife is Computer Literate today through my teaching and patience.
After 25 years in the corporate world of software development I am ready to pursue my reason for qualifying as a teacher originally: lets grow together.

About the lesson

I am proficient in Afrikaans and English.
I start with finding the level you are on and then challenge you upwards to greater heights than what is needed to pass in school. I prepare you to succeed in the real world as well.

A typical lesson initially will be to assess your progress, identify gaps, answer your questions and complete your understanding.
