As a software engineer and Georgia Tech CS grad, I bring a practical, real-world lens to math tutoring. I focus on three things: helping students work through their homework with real understanding (not just answers), building a solid grasp of key concepts so the "why" behind the math actually makes sense, and preparing students for exams with targeted review and practice. A typical session starts by tackling whatever homework or concept is giving trouble, moves into guided practice to reinforce the underlying ideas, and wraps up with a check-in to make sure things have clicked. What sets me apart is patience paired with technical fluency. I explain reasoning, not just steps, so students retain what they learn instead of just memorizing it.
