About Duane
I have worked in the Healthcare IT field with the medical staff in learning a new aspect of doing their jobs. I like what I do because this is a big technological change for the Healthcare field and learning the software while doing their daily jobs can be challenging and stressful. I like that I am able to gain the trust of Drs and Nurses by helping them learn this new software in real time while they are actually doing their jobs. It is a very stressful time for them so my job requires me to calmly help them get acclimated to using this software on a daily basis.
