Transitioning from 13 years in the performance industry to full-time teaching provided a clear path toward technical vocal coaching. Working as a Somatic Voicework specialist allows me to focus on sustainable belting mechanics without vocal shredding. Singing loudly often requires less effort than the typical performer expects. Most people strain by fighting their own natural anatomy instead of relying on efficient muscular coordination.
My 10 years of professional industry observation informs how we isolate specific vocal structures to build lasting habits. Students spend 60 minutes exploring mic technique and audition cuts through a lens of somatic safety. We build performance confidence while addressing warm up exercises that actually prepare the instrument for the stage. Expect to find a rhythm that works for you.
