About LOLA
I'm Lola, a Somatic Coach and Yoga teacher. For much of my life, I suffered from quite unbearable migraines. This led me to Somatic Coaching, both as a form of personal healing and as a way to show others how to live better.

In Somatic Coaching sessions, we will connect with the wisdom of your body.
The sessions have three main cycles:
1. Somatic Listening: We will delve into the body and its language. We will establish a safe space so you feel secure in the somatic work. We will listen to your posture, body habits, and internal somatic organization until we understand what your body is trying to tell us.
2. We work on balance and somatic regulation, based on Polyvagal Theory and the regulation of our nervous system.
3. We will strengthen new neural networks and the new somatic organization so your body no longer needs pain to express itself.
