About Sophie
Hi, I am Sophie! I’m originally from Singapore and in 2025 I moved to Spain to begin a new chapter of my life. My journey with yoga started as a way to find balance in the middle of change and uncertainty, but it quickly became much more — a practice of grounding, strength, and self-discovery.
In Bali, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which deepened not only my practice but also my desire to share yoga with others. Teaching is my way of creating a space where people can reconnect with themselves, slow down, and feel at home in their body — no matter where in the world they are.
I believe yoga is not about being “flexible” or “perfect” — it’s about breathing, moving, and showing up for yourself. That’s why I’m excited to offer online classes that are warm, welcoming, and accessible to all.
