I like to work with students as a guide, not an answer bank. My students will learn critical thinking skills and memory strategies to produce their best work. I also use a show and tell pedagogy, where we write or work together, looking at good examples and bad examples of work in order to create a clear image of sufficient effort in the student’s head. Overall, students will learn the power of both clear cut, efficient writing, and lengthy, broad, descriptive writing.

Details
I offer 30 minute lessons for $15, and hour lessons for $25. We can meet up to 3 times a week. I can do evenings after school or early mornings before and weekends for an extra fee. I can also do ACT prep for an additional fee.
