About Cleyton
I am an aspiring teacher with a passion for education and learning, as well as an excellent student with an impressive transcript, and extensive extracurricular. Skilled teachers have had the greatest impact on my drive to understand subjects, and my love for teaching others. My proficiencies include arithmetic, English language arts, reading, STEM, and music, for students from elementary school through early middle school.

As an aspiring teacher, cultivating an environment that supports effective learning and interactive lessons is the number one priority for students in my lessons.
My range of students I could effectively tutor would be from elementary school through early middle school.
A lesson plan would begin with communication between me and the students' parents/guardians, establishing goals for their student's plan. Next, would be a brief overview, and evaluation of the student's understanding of a given subject. Fundamentals, or topics in which your student needs the most guidance would be addressed in earlier lessons, with topics needing less attention being addressed in later sessions.
A lesson itself would involve researching and creating material that proves effective for that topic, and the standards required through the state. An active dialogue between the parents/guardians, student, and me will always be maintained.
My thorough approach to a student's educational needs and lesson planning is what sets me apart from other tutors in the area.
