We’ve been taking yoga classes with Belinda for a few weeks now and as a novice with seriously bad flexibility, she’s not only helped me learn to love yoga, but her instruction and approach have also helped with mindfulness and gratitude. Such an amazing, holistic and caring approach! I think her manner and instruction have made it so easy for me to pick up and I think she’d be an incredible teacher and resource for so many.
