About Júlia
Hello!
My name is Júlia, I'm an English and Spanish philology student from Barcelona living in Edinburgh for the whole year. I like to describe myself as a really open and patient person who absolutely loves teaching. I've been teaching in different language schools for three years, both children and adults, and I'm extremely passionate about it. I think that one of the keys to teach a foreign language is to establish a close relationship with my students to make them feel confortable and willing to learn.

I've been teaching English and Spanish for three years in Barcelona. Spanish is my mother tongue, so I speak it fluently. In addition, I am currently studying English and Spanish philology, so I master both languages in all aspects (grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing...).
I've taught both children and adults and I think the key to learn is motivation and commitment. I like to expose my students as much of the language as possible and I like to encourage them to participate with games and interactive activities.
I can teach from Spanish for beginners to A level or preparation for official Spanish exams.
My students always give me very positive feedback and I consider myself as a really close and patient teacher full of energy and very passionate about languages and teaching.
I usually give 1 hour classes, since I believe that they are more effective than larger classes.
Basically, I offer dynamic classes based on communication and enthusiasm for learning.
