About Rhea

I am a Spanish tutor with 11 years of experience and a Master of Arts in Applied Spanish Studies. My interest in Spanish grew through cultural exchange, literature, and meeting people from different Spanish-speaking countries, which inspired me to become a language educator.

I believe every learner should feel supported throughout their language journey. My teaching style combines structured guidance with enjoyable conversation practice, helping students improve naturally while developing confidence in every lesson. I enjoy adapting my methods to suit different personalities and learning goals.

Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring Hispanic history, reading contemporary Spanish novels, and following cultural festivals from around the world. These experiences help me create engaging lessons that connect language learning with authentic cultural understanding.

About the lesson

My Spanish lessons are designed to help students become comfortable using the language in everyday situations through simple, practical learning. We begin with pronunciation, essential vocabulary, sentence construction, listening practice, and guided conversations that encourage students to communicate from the very first lesson. Grammar is introduced through useful examples instead of difficult explanations, making each topic easier to understand and remember. Every class is welcoming, interactive, and focused on helping learners enjoy steady improvement while building confidence.

As students gain experience, we explore verb tenses, descriptive language, reading comprehension, conversation skills, writing activities, listening exercises, cultural traditions, travel situations, and everyday expressions used by native speakers. Lessons also include storytelling, picture discussions, role-playing, and vocabulary-building activities that strengthen communication naturally. Individual feedback and personalized learning plans ensure every learner continues progressing with confidence and motivation.

My goal is to help students use Spanish comfortably in real conversations while developing a deeper appreciation for the cultures connected to the language. Every lesson strengthens fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills through practical and enjoyable learning experiences.
