About Faye

I have been passionate about Spanish since adolescence, leading me to earn a B.A. in Spanish Studies and an M.A. in Hispanic Linguistics. Over 7 years, I have taught students from beginners to advanced learners, helping them develop fluency, comprehension, and cultural insight. My approach emphasizes personalized instruction, patience, and interactive learning techniques, ensuring students feel confident and supported while progressing at their own pace. I focus on balancing technical mastery of grammar and vocabulary with cultural immersion, encouraging students to practice conversation, reading, and writing in meaningful contexts. I integrate multimedia, literature, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging and practical. Beyond teaching, I explore Spanish literature, film, and culture, bringing real-world relevance to my lessons. About the lesson
