About Ann
I have been giving lessons occasionally over the 5 years. I have taught classes at college, middle school and high school.
I have tutored about 6 students. Most of the students who were not doing well in school, passed their courses.
I base my classes on teaching from a text book and follow the information in the book closely.
Many of the chapters are based on different topics which includes reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary. Some examples of the topics are about travel, school, family, sports etc. according to the chapter of the book,
I approach each topic by the text and explain how s/he will learn to communicate according to the topic.
I like to practice with the student by repeating the information aloud through personal questions related to the topic.
In addition, I also explain the grammar and use various activities to help the student practice and review.
After the chapter is finished, I review everything to assess comprehension.

I have a BA in Spanish and an MA in Foreign Language Education.
I give lessons to high school,middle school and college students and love to be able to help them understand the language.
