Hola! I’m a white guy who has been through the learning process. Many natives never learn the theory of the language, which you have to learn as a second language learner. I’ve been learning for about 6 years. I took 5 semesters of Spanish in college, made it my passion over the pandemic, then spent 3 months backpacking around Colombia.
