About Paula

I’m a Spanish multidisciplinary artist and writer based in London. I’m passionate about storytelling and believe language plays an important role in the way we understand the world around us. This has led me to become really interested in different languages. I’m a native Spanish and English speaker and I’m also proficient in French. Having learnt three languages from a young age has allowed me to understand the mechanisms of learning a new language and I offer a fun and engaging environment to really make the most out of the lesson, so you can feel confident not only when ordering a meal in Spain, but also to express yourself and emotions in Spanish.

About the lesson

Do you ever find yourself wishing you had someone to practise your Spanish with in a casual and relaxed way? Hi! I am Paula, a native Spanish speaker from Madrid offering online conversational Spanish classes to help you improve and maintain your Spanish, and gain confidence in your language skills. While formal language studies are useful and a great foundation for learning a new language, a more casual and conversational approach can also be helpful in improving vocabulary and gaining confidence to speak in a different language in a range of settings. In our sessions, we can talk about a wide range of topics, from films and literature to history, travelling and more. Bringing your personal interests into our sessions will help us have engaging conversations where you will get to practise your Spanish with a native Spanish speaker, while chatting about things you are passionate about.
