About Rocio
I was born and raised in New York City.I still am currently living in NYC. I am first generation American from immigrant parents, that explains why my first language is Spanish. I learned English in school at age 4. I have an AS in criminal justice and currently enrolled in school for a BS in criminal justice management and a minor in Law.

Spanish was my first language and at a young age I decided to teach myself how to read and write in Spanish as well. Of course it was much easier for me to learn how to read and write since I spoke the language it sped the process. It took time as all things do, in my lessons we will go at the students pace.
