About Nerea
I'm a spanish native teacher with experience working with kids and young adults. As I'm currently volunteering in a hostel in Belfast I have no incomes so I thought of giving some Spanish cooking lessons!
I'm not exactly a masterchef but I do love to cook and my tortilla de patatas and risottos are just the best!
(I'm also a vegetarian so I know some useful tricks and tips)

I'll explain the history behind every recipe (every spanish recipe has its own story), maybe then we can go shopping for the ingredients you'll need to prepare the meal and then back to the kitchen where I'll tell you every step you have to follow to achieve the authentic Spanish flavour!
