Methodology

My method is word association. I find words or syllables that are similarly pronounced in English and Spanish in order for the student to be able to grasp the complex pronunciations of the Spanish language. I have found that this approach best helps students at a conversational level.

Background

I am Puerto Rican, Spanish speaking, native and a student at the University of Maryland Global Campus majoring in English. My goal is to become a High School teacher and a college level Professor of Philosophy after completing my graduate studies.
