About Andreina
I have over 10 years of teaching experience in several settings!
I have worked as a high school teacher working with all levels from beginners to native/heritage speakers. I have also worked with a private language center where I worked with all ages and all levels ranging from preK to adults in both an individual and group setting.
I have my MA in Spanish Literature & Linguistics and MAT in Foreign Language Teaching.

When working with adults, I take their language learning goals in mind along with their preferred methods of learning. Some adults only want to focus on speaking as much as possible while others prefer a slower pace with more of a focus on grammar acquisition. I work with each individual person to create a curriculumm that works best for them.
When working with school-aged students, I follow a similar format of figuring out their goals and learning styles to fuse both into my classes.
When working with younger students, we do focus more on exposing the child with as much language as possible and not focusing too much on grammar.
