About Ava
I am a current Harvard graduate student. Prior to graduate school, I taught Language Arts in a secondary school. I have a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language. With this educational background, I have built ten years of tutoring experience and two years of classroom teaching experience.
I am passionate about teaching and learning languages and am excited about the opportunity to share that passion with you!

I use a mix of the communicative language technique and direct method to teach Spanish as a second-language. This means immersive lessons that encourage students to use Spanish in everyday situations.
