About Paloma
I was born in Mexico and learned English my whole life thinking I was bilingual, until I came to America for the first time and realized I didn’t know how to speak the language with ease and feel confident, I was too intimidated to make mistakes. I’ve been there, I want you to know that anyone can speak another language and communicate but it’s important to feel comfortable and be able to put what you learned into practice. We will practice using our senses, listening, conversing, reading and tasting.

I will help you feel at ease, teach you ways to expand your vocabulary and engage in conversation involving your senses. Languages are a sensory experience, you see the written word, hear the words spoken, speak the words and taste and feel the culture as you try to communicate with others.
I will teach you what you don’t learn in a typical classroom setting and make it fun and less intimidating.
