About Daniel

I have taught in the Public Schools of NY in bilingual classes where the goal was to have students of English and Spanish backgrounds proficient in reading, writing, and covering in both languages. I have taught both children , high school and adults.

About the lesson

My approach is one natural learning along with the audio lingual method. The natural method of language learning takes into consideration how a first language is acquired, that is, through hearing and discerning the sounds of the words and phrases then speaking and finally reading and writing. Language learning is meaning based as well as socially based. The audio lingual method of repetition from simple to more complex serves the learner through exercises that help them master a specific set of verbs, nouns in a setting. Te natural method places these exercises in a more natural setting where the joy of communication and speaking the language takes the place of the fear of making mistakes, which is natural in language learning.

Details

The rates are standard for the hour regardless of the level. 20.00 per hour. The rates are discounted for multiple hours per student. (5 hours at 17 an hour). There is no cancelation fee if the student wants to stop lessons for any reason.
