About Elaine
I am an experienced college Spanish professor with thirty years of teaching all levels of Spanish language, as well as Spanish and Spanish American literature, culture, and history. I have a B.A, an M.A, and a Ph.D. in Spanish. In addition to my extensive tutoring and teaching background at the college level, I currently tutor a number of high school students, primarily in AP, IB and honors Spanish courses. In the most recent rounds of AP testing (Spring 2022), a number of my students received 5s, even those not enrolled in AP Spanish at school. The majority of my 2022 IB students also received scores of 6s and 7s

I have a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in Spanish with thirty years of teaching experience at the college level. I have tutored and taught Spanish language as well as the cultures and histories of Spain and Spanish America. I am able to tutor students just starting out in the language as well as those studying advanced topics in Spanish.
