About Reut

I was born and raised in Israel, and in 2015, I moved to London and started my career as a Hebrew teacher.

I have had the privilege of teaching at the UK Ministry of Defence, King’s College London, the World Zionist Organization, Ulpan programs, and in private one-to-one settings.

I enjoy teaching and seeing the progress my students make, and I would love to help you achieve your own learning goals as well.

What do I offer-
Group lessons- I keep my group lessons small to ensure each student has plenty of speaking time and receives personalized feedback from me.

1–1 lessons for all levels: lessons are tailor-made to your goals and pace. I place strong emphasis on speaking, helping students build confidence and actively use what they learn. You will be encouraged to express yourself in Hebrew from the very first lesson.

About the lesson

Shalom,
My name is Reut, and I'm an experienced modern Hebrew teacher who was born and raised in Israel.

I have over 11 years of experience teaching adults and teenagers at different levels in groups and on 1-1.

My teaching experience includes the UK Ministry of Defence, King's College London University, World Zionist Organisation, Ulpans, charities, commercial companies, evening courses and private lessons.

My classes are a safe and supportive space to make mistakes, build confidence, and grow naturally into the language.
The focus is not only on learning, but on feeling confident using the language in real life.

I will teach you everything you need to know to build or improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. My teaching is tailor-made to your needs and your progress.
From the first lesson, you will be able to introduce yourself and ask simple questions in Hebrew!

I attend teacher training courses regularly to improve my teaching skills. I use a variety of resources to help my students learn the language effectively.

I offer 1-1 lessons, group lessons and a high-quality online course to learn at your own time.
I offer a 15min introductory session via Zoom to discuss my teaching method, your goals, and to answer any questions you may have.

The syllabus of the lessons/course depends on the level, but every lesson includes:
Clear, easy-to-follow learning
Revision of topics
Listening, speaking, reading, and writing practice
Homework for practice at home
Homework review and helpful feedback
Learning about Jewish traditions, life in Israel, culture, and more.

Groups are kept intimate and supportive, so everyone gets the chance to participate, practice, and feel seen in the learning process.

Private 1–1 lessons (60 minutes): $82
The progress my students make and the proven results they achieve are based on a tried-and-tested method I developed over 11 years of teaching.

I offer a FREE 15min intro session via Zoom to discuss my teaching method, your learning goals and to answer any questions you may have.
