About Letha
My education includes university degrees in English, education and psychology. I am also trained in acupuncture, Asian herbal medicines, diet and healing nutrition. I teach chefs and natural health professionals at Academy of Healing Nutrition and New York Holistic School. I also created the curriculum for teaching the special language of natural healing arts taught to holistic healthcare professionals.
