Methodology
I am a professional translator and interpreter with more than 6 years of experience, I've been translating and interpreting in different fields, including medicine, science, technical documentation, legal papers, etc. I have experience in translating large scale papers, including a 389-page biographic-historical book (The Chronicle of a noble family von Albedy(h)ll - barons von Albedy(h)ll. The revised and expanded edition, 2008) form German into Russian.
The languages, I expertise, include Russian, English and German.
I believe, that every student need an individual approach when it comes to learning languages. So, the structures of my lessons do depend on the sets of skills a student has, it depends on what he/she likes, on his/her environment, and on his/her goals to achieve.
Background
I have been giving lessons for 2 years already. But mostly they were episodic lessons with people who needed some help in studying foreign languages. So I cannot tell you if I really was the reason for them to improve their skills, for the lessons were not on a regular basis.
