I started practicing yoga out of curiosity and Sofia made me fall in love with it. Other than excessive knowledge as a certified instructor, she has a unique, calming energy and really devoted approach to each of us newbies . Her classes really helped me with my anxiety and that burnout feeling I used to have. Because of her I cannot imagine my weeks without at least 3 of her relaxing yet sweating classes! Love her!

I enjoyed Sofia's classes of yoga. During the period I was going to yoga I had problems with my back and wrist, they were painful. She helped me adjust the asanas to my capabilities. She led the class wonderfully and the relaxation at the end. She would pay enough attention to everyone.

I did yoga with Sofija individually and in groups over several years. Every time we exercised, I felt supported, guided, and safe. Despite my back injury, Sofija would always help me strike a pose that works for me. Her patience and commitment are stellar!
