About Berke KR

Akdeniz University- Coaching Education I am a 3rd grade student and I have been engaged in martial arts for 5 years. I'm a national athlete at Muay Thai. I represent our country in the European and World arena. Since martial arts are plenty of fat burning exercise, only one area doesn't work. Abdomen, legs, shoulders, arms and back… Your whole body is at work. So you don't need to work regionally. You are unwittingly working all over your body. It is the best sport to lose weight.

About the lesson

I usually use the command method to get the workouts done. In order to use the time well and ensure the continuity of the activities by activating the athletes in a controlled and smooth manner; This is a form of training that I do according to my commands and warnings. By transferring my knowledge and experience to my athletes, I ask them to do what is expected of them. At the same time, it is the work in which they develop themselves by practicing and practicing the movements that I have shown together with their spouses.
