About Simon
I have a long experience in composition, and take part in the work of sound, recording and mixing of musical works, atmospheres, or even sound effects. I have already, from my experience, trained many people to work from home studio. I have been practicing guitar for many years in a self-taught way, I have been part of many serious musical formations, ranging from Metal music to Acoustic Folk, to the composition of orchestral arrangements and electronic music. I am familiar with rehearsal environments and am used to work and stage performances. I also took part in the complete design and production of many music discs. I also have many projects and work in close collaboration with many musicians around me.

How does a current piece of music articulate? Electro, metal, post rock? How to organize a mixing session? What is sound design? How to treat an instrument, give it a certain color? How to make a song sound in a simple home studio? What is spatialization? The texture ? How to create a sound from almost nothing, using simple effects? At first glance, it does a lot. So where do you start? The important thing is to transform an idea into sound, into harmonies, and to put in a rhythm, or not. Depending on your wishes, we see together how to create an atmosphere, a set-up, a complete piece. Add detail, texture, everything keeping a coherence. There are tons of ways to create sound, that's what I've been doing for fifteen years. I do not know the musical theory by heart, but I have made my ear work. And what matters most is spontaneity. What you know, what you want to happen, I share with you all my experience.
