About Emma
I made the decision to get into mental wellbeing through attending personal development events. I struggled with mental health issues through my teenage years and now I want to give the support that took too long for me to receive. I want to provide a safe space for young people to learn some coping strategies that work for them long term whilst giving them the information they need to have a wider understanding of their emotions and environment.

Together we will make a personalised plan for your specific needs.
We will work on techniques together and I will provide information for you on each subject we explore should you want it.
This is a relaxed space where you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like.
Basics I will cover include a simple epistemology and sensory awareness.
The strategies are aimed towards ages 15-20. I am willing to work with older age groups.
Typical length of a lesson depends on what we will be covering in regards to your personal plan but my goal is to do what works for you
