About Milana
Retrosynthesis and aromatic chemistry serve as the foundation for my instruction. Working through radical reactions and IR and mass spectrometry involves a precise analytical process. I leverage my 6 years of experience to demystify complex synthesis pathways and resonance and acidity.

My role is to help you bridge that gap by utilizing custom reaction summary sheets to streamline your logical reasoning. Because I have spent 6 years in the trenches of test preparation, I know exactly where the traps are hidden in these complex structures.
We will analyze your speed and accuracy in a way that respects your medical school goals. Building a repeatable system for these reactions remains the most enjoyable part of the work for me. You will find that these methods reduce your anxiety during the actual test day.
