About Drew
I have a BA & an MA in French language and I have studied in Dijon in a restaurant, Le Vinarium. In recent years I’ve guided many culinary travel tours to France where we take cooking classes. Our favorite experience is in Paris with Chef Marthe Brohan. I love baking mainly breads, tarts, and pies & I have great recipes for homemade pâte brisée & puff pastry.

I am a devotee of Julia Child & love to teach from all her books. For many years I had my own Ecole Dijon in my home in Holiday, Utah. As a French cuisine tutor, my classes are hands-on with a lot of help from me—wine pairings optional.
