About Liam

With a decade of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students strengthen their English skills through personalised and interactive lessons. I take the time to understand each student’s goals, learning style, and challenges, creating a customised roadmap for improvement.

My lessons integrate grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking practice with practical examples and discussion-based activities. I am known for my patience, clarity, and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is grounded in Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is nurtured through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that inspire students to experiment with language and develop confidence in expressing themselves.

Communication is central to my approach, with discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises enhancing fluency, comprehension, and confidence in real-life situations. Compassion ensures lessons are personalised to each student’s learning style, providing ongoing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.

Problem-solving is integrated via scenario-based exercises, practical tasks, and critical thinking activities, allowing students to apply English skills logically and effectively. I also teach complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary enrichment to support holistic development.

This approach develops learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of using English effectively in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
