About Winifred
With 18 years of ESL teaching experience, I help high school and college students achieve fluency, confidence, and academic excellence in English. My teaching philosophy emphasizes personalized instruction, where lessons are adapted to the student’s level, goals, and learning style.
I combine grammar and vocabulary instruction with reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises, enhanced by real-life examples and interactive practice. I adopt a C³P approach—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to ESL teaching, creating an environment where students feel inspired, engaged, and supported.
