About Clémence

Private teacher since 2018, I have supported students from primary to final, in English, French, history-geography, Latin, philosophy, SVT and physics.

I make the difference between tutoring (deepening in a targeted subject) and homework help (global view of the student's needs each week). I also helped with the preparation of the oral exam and the writings of human sciences and letters.

I believe that it is essential for the students to have self-confidence. To do this, I do not hesitate to make them work orally.

I worked both face-to-face at home and away from home. I use the Google docs to have a split text screen that parents can take a look at.

I have a wide range of experience, from BAFA animation to immersion in companies. I studied literature, philosophy, history, English and ancient Greek in Humanities license, then Information-communication sciences in Research Masters.
I also have multidisciplinary experience in dance, management of associative projects and artistic practices.

Speech therapy is at the crossroads of my previous studies and turns out to be the profession that fascinates me. I therefore try to apply the knowledge acquired during university training to the courses I give.

About the lesson

I have a particular interest in
- oral comprehension,
- discussion,
- vocabulary,
- reading in English.

I strive to prepare each course according to each student!

I take the time to discuss with the student in English in order to work on the accent as well as possible.

My strong point is the preparation of the tests, with tests that I prepare as the lessons take place, according to the teachers' expectations.

I can also support the pupil in his general culture (readings, films or series, history / civilization).
