I am a woman, a cyclical everyday changing woman who goes through a series of death and rebirth every month as her womb sheds past versions of her through her bleed. I know what it is to exist in the world that is made by the man- for the man. That is why I only work intimately with women individually and in groups so we can come back to our authentic essence that is so different from what we were taught, so we can shed the old conditioning that tells us that we are not enough and can love ourselves into healing. I am not perfect, I am not a healer, I am a normal human being who makes mistakes, who sometimes doubts her abilities, who feels an ocean and often gets stuck in her head but no matter what life brings up for her, she learns and grows from it. And that is what sets me apart from any other spiritual teacher. And that is what I am here to help you do as well. I won't promise you that after taking my sessions you will ascend and be enlightened because that will be false because life is cyclical and so is your healing journey, it's not perfect and it's ever-ending. What I can promise is that with time you will notice immense growth in the way you speak to yourself, in the way you show up for yourself, in the way you work with your emotions and handle them that you did not know earlier, in the way you soften and allow life and in the way you set boundaries for yourself. This is not just a regular talk therapy, this is a body-based in-depth transformation that you are signing up for.

About the lesson

I prefer depth and transformation in my sessions but with the safety of the client as the No. 1 priority. Your body's wisdom and pace always surpass my guidance. I value compassion, curiosity, and mindfulness towards anything that comes up for you and helping you meet it with grace and love instead of judgment and suppression. I am not a healer that is here to false promise you into fixing you, I am just a guide in helping you so you can heal yourself with care and kindness. Unconditional acceptance of self is the whole point of healing and that is the foundation and the goal of my teachings. The modalities I use - somatic (body-based) therapy, trauma healing tools, parts work/shadow work, womb healing, emotional healing, embodiment, movement therapy, nervous system regulation tools, divine feminine activation, and so much more. The sessions are catered to meet your individual needs. I highly understand that what works for one will not work for another, what worked yesterday will not work today and that's why I have experience in so many modalities.

Details

Pricing details- I charge 2000 Rs hourly for my 1 on 1 sessions. You can book a single session though I advise booking sessions for 3-4 months to actually see long-lasting results in yourself. One can pay monthly.
