About Taahir

My name is Taahir I’m from South Africa and I am a student. I am really passionate about sport and fitness and I love to help others improve. I have been training others for the last year and I have a lot of experience in the field of sport and fitness.

About the lesson

In this lesson, students will follow along as I walks them through a variety of exercises and stretches targeting the whole body.The importance of fitness will be demonstrated in a fun, exciting and effective way. Students will be trained according to their current levels and helping them to improve and up their game is our goal.
