As a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate and postgraduate exercise science researcher with one year of coaching experience, I provide a direct, science-backed approach to fitness focused entirely on proper form and injury prevention. My 60-minute sessions combine cardio and personalised strength training, making them ideal for complete beginners, expectant or new mothers, and injury-conscious adults of all ages.
