About Izzy

I gained a degree in Sport Science whilst training as an Elite Athlete at Loughborough University. I am a PT and a qualified Yoga Instructor. I enjoy anything fitness related and love staying up to date on the newest research and trends.

I like to make learning fun and interesting. I want you to really understand the information you are learning. There are lots of questions, but very few wrong answers. I like to get students to think about what they are taking in and how they can then deliver the information to others.
