About Dr Vasanth
Having Completing my Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (2009) worked as a Physiotherapist - Personal Trainer with SNAP Fitness for almost 2 years. Did my Masters with Teesside University (UK) in advanced sports therapy and Rehabilitation Science (2012).
Worked as Sports Scientist and Performance coach with a leading Sports Physio clinic owned by former Indian Cricket Team Physio (2013 - 2015)
Founded Fitness.Inc (Dec 2013)
Joined Sri Ramachandra Medical College (CSS - Formerly SRASSC) as Sports Scientist (2015 - 2016)
Joined Sportism a Start up working on LTAD principles as a Head of Curriculum (2016- 2017)
Founded QUAFIT (March 2017)
Conducted the Asia's First ever Internationally Approved Aquatic Fitness Instructor Course (2018,2019, 2020) Approved by American Council on Exercise (since 2018), National Academy of Sports Medicine (since 2018), Athletic and Fitness Association of America (since 2018), Aquatic Fitness India Association (since 2020).
Apart from these courses I am the first in Asia to run a Sports and Exercise Science Internship (150 Hrs) Accredited by National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA (Since 2019).
