About VIRGILE
I am mainly in charge of reathlisation (following an injury or illness, stopping physical activity for a long time ... to prepare the body and mind to face new challenges). I do personal training since 2009, I give group lessons since 2005. Former competitor, I put my experience and my skills at the service of those who want to achieve their goal (s). Having closely evolved with health professionals and well-being in the sport, I assure you maximum security in the care. I also trained several security professionals. In physical preparation, I collaborated with various professional and amateur athletes in auto sports, rugby, skiing, boxing.

Private boxing classes are available to all. From beginner to confirmed, for adults (men, women) or teenagers. Focusing on flexibility, speed, endurance, explosiveness, boxing classes are punctuated by assaults (a form of duality seeking technical precision, any form of POWER is forbidden). Protection and percussion equipment is provided. The physical preparation is for amateur or professional sportsmen, competitors or leisure, in collective or individual sports.

Virgile est le coach parfait! Pédagogue, sérieux ,expérimenté, adorable :grâce à son enseignement de boxe aujourd’hui mais de remise en forme au début de nos séances voilà 2 ans, j’ai obtenu mon gant rouge de boxe française.Le plus important? Grâce à ses cours , chaque jour j’ai le smile pour affronter de longues journées de travail! Je recommande fortement Virgile à tous ceux qui veulent rester en forme et ceux qui veulent apprendre cette super discipline sportive qu’est la boxe française !
