About Michael
I am a online health coach, currently specializing in body weight training. Studying towards my FET Certificate in Sports Fitness, I have been giving classes for 5 years. I believe in training the mind in order to get the results when you train. My work ethic and willingness to continue to learn makes me stand out. Furthermore, I have played rugby at the highest level in university which gave me an opportunity to train with advanced athletes to enhance my personal knowledge to share with others.

I believe in practical teaching. Fitness is hard to explain without doing the work to develop experience. Application, consistency and determination will yield success in the fitness arena. Passion drives me to develop my skills on a daily basis and encourage healthy living by practicing what I preach to those around me. Health care is extremely important for every human being, it is not about building muscle and looking masculine only. I would love to make people acknowledge this and improve their health status for themselves.
