About Lucy
I've been doing sports since I was 3 years old. That went from ballet to swimming to boxing. I've done pretty much every sport.
My ex-boyfriend is a bodybuilder. I went to the gym with him 6 times a week. I now know a lot about muscle building.
I did boxing for a few years and it was always a lot of fun for me.
Since I did ballet for 12 years, stretching is also very easy for me. I love working on flexibility!
I think we will have a lot of fun :)

About the lesson

I want us to manage that you can enjoy sports too! We will work on your flexibility bit by bit, target specific muscle groups and I will give up exercises that you have to learn or do regularly until the next time. We want to avoid any injuries. I try to show that exercise and muscle building do not always have to be boring and monotonous!
In addition, we can work together to create nutrition plans for the days until the next lesson, which we will adapt to your lifestyle.
We will also make your sports plan adapt to your life.
We will bring you to your dream body with fun and motivation!
